Gluten free pizza 🍕
Next weekend I need to make gluten free pizza and I haven’t made it before. So I needed to practice.
Recipe is from Finnish Pizzanpaistajat book and only liquid is Finnish gluten free beer. Dough was interesting since it had no viscosity that comes from gluten.
They came out great but and it tasted good. I have not tasted any other gluten free pizzas so no comparison but if I did not know that this is gluten free u would not recognize it.
