White pizzas all around! Pizzas 2 and 3 are among my all-time favorites. If you want to add a bit of heat to pizza 3, try drizzling on some hot honey or adding nduja.

Crème fraîche, mozzarella, parmesan, pear, fried zucchini, blue cheese
After: chives

🍕 Pizza 2: Finnish squeky cheese
Crème fraîche, parmesan, mozzarella, Finnish squeaky cheese (bread cheese)
After : cloudberry jam, pickled red onion

🍕 Pizza 3: Cheesy
Olive oil, parmesan, mozzarella, feta, blue cheese
After: honey, black pepper
