Couple of Kebab Pizzas

Today I made some pizzas using rye dough that I started making yesterday. I also made simple tomato sauce and I will post the recipe for that later.

Sauce and rye dough balls looked great so it is time to make some pizza! 🍕

Witt Etna Rotante is great oven and quick to heat. It took about 20 mins to get the stone to 450-500 celcius. Then it was time to put pizza there and let the carousel do the spinning.

Baking is super easy since you only have to launch the pizza and watch it spin.

🍕 Pizza 1:
Tomato sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, Vöner (Finnish vegetarian kebab like product), red onion, paprika and blue cheese

🍕 Pizza 2:
Tomato sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, kebab (made by Savo-Karjalan Liha), red onion and feta.

Needles to say these came out great and there were no leftovers!
